As Chief Marketer, he’s all about real-world results, turning bold ideas into effective campaigns that actually move the needle. When he’s not working on a campaign, he’s focused on growing the agency and proving that small, smart teams can outperform the competition.

Katie is the eye behind the lens, turning everyday moments into brand-defining visuals. As resident Photographer, she captures more than just images—she tells stories that make people stop scrolling and start paying attention. With a perfectionist’s touch and an instinct for the perfect shot, she ensures every brand looks as good as it performs.

Ellie Mae is our dedicated Pawject Manager, ensuring every task is met with enthusiasm and the occasional zoomies. She takes her role seriously—whether it’s supervising snack breaks, providing stress relief, or keeping morale high with her signature tail wags. When she’s off duty, you’ll find her napping on the job (literally) or expertly begging for treats. 

We’ll be accepting internship applications for Social Media Managers at the end of Summer 2025! This will be a commission-based position, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media accounts while earning based on your performance.
